Cornbury Festival: Sunday

Cornbury Festival: Sunday

Sunday 3rd July 2011 was the final day of the Cornbury Festival. Held at the new home of the Great Tew Park in the rural surroundings of Oxfordshire, not only did Cornbury have a new home, but it was now in its first year as a three day festival. The third day of Cornbury 2011 was set to finish the weekend off in style with a range of acts that appealed to fans both young and old. Essex boy and X-Factor 2009 semi-finalist Olly Murs appealing to Cornbury’s youngsters, music fans of an older generation could look forward to The Straits who comprised of past Dire Straits members Alan Clark, Phil Palmer and Chris White and finally music fans were in huge anticipation to see rock gods Status Quo who headlined the Sunday evening and were sure to end the show with a bang. WinkBall video reporters were down at Cornbury Festival 2011 on its final day asking fans what had been their highlight from the festival, who they were looking forward to seeing perform and if they had any acts they’d like to see perform at next year’s Cornbury Festival. Were you at the Cornbury Festival this weekend? What did you think of the festivities? Record your view to this video wall now!
