Flour to the People is a small, family run sourdough café/bakery/pizzeria. We focus on making as much as we can from scratch. Where possible, we source local, free-range or organic ingredients and our passion is to ensure that all our food is simple, straight-forward, honest and tasty. Our concept revolves around sourdough: The bread is baked daily on stone in a gas fired oven and customers often pop in wanting some of our starter for their own sourdough creations. The breakfast/brunch menu has been creatively put together to feature some of our own twists to classic meals such, as our Eggs Benedict-ish. Aptly named as we use our own sourdough crumpets baked daily instead of English muffins. We also make our own butter, maramlade, jams, hollondaise, mayonaise....the list goes on!
